Terms and Conditions for Online Educational Platform
Introduction
Welcome to Dr. Anthony Rhodman, operated by Dr. Anthony Rhodman and team (“we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our online educational platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Use of Materials
All of Dr. Anthony Rhodman’s materials, including but not limited to audios, lectures, videos, documents, text, images, and any other content provided on the platform, are the intellectual property of Dr. Anthony Rhodman. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for personal educational purposes. No materials may be shared, copied, downloaded, or distributed on personal and / or business social media, email, text, etc. without the prior express written consent of Dr. Anthony Rhodman.
Community Guidelines
Participants are encouraged to engage in the online community responsibly and respectfully. Sharing of materials, discussions, or any other content from the platform on personal or business social media platforms, emails, text messages, or any other public forums or sharing or messaging platform is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Dr. Anthony Rhodman.
Recording Consent
By attending and participating in recorded online meetings, participants grant Dr. Anthony Rhodman the irrevocable right and permission to use their video and audio recordings as educational materials within the platform's community. Participants understand that their likeness and voice may be used in course materials, promotional materials, advertisements, or other marketing collateral related to the educational platform.
User Conduct
Participants must adhere to the highest standards of conduct in all interactions within the online community. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to use of profanity, slander, gossip, condemnation, solicitation, harassment, discrimination, or violation of intellectual property rights, may result in immediate termination of access to the platform without refund.
Refund Policy
All sales are final and no refund will be issued, unless at the discretion of Dr. Anthony Rhodman.
Account Security
Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any unauthorized access to their account should be reported immediately to Dr. Anthony Rhodman.
Modification of Terms
Dr. Anthony Rhodman reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use Dr. Anthony Rhodman’s materials or services for any purpose other than that for which we make the materials and services available. The materials and services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

- Use combative behavior, profanity, slander, gossip, condemnation, solicitation, or any other behavior that is against our culture and community guidelines with other site members, staff members, or administration of the site.
- Use legal action outside of the site.
- Use Dr. Anthony Rhodman's materials and products for your own services, platforms, businesses, companies, or anything else without the prior written consent of Dr. Anthony Rhodman.
- Misuse, share, sell, and / or distribute Dr. Anthony Rhodman’s resources or content (including but not limited to videos, audios, books, application packets, images, text, etc.) from Dr. Anthony Rhodman outside of the Mental Stability Community, including but not limited to your personal social media, email, text message, etc.
Termination of Access
Dr. Anthony Rhodman reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform for any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice.
By using our online educational platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.
